Password special rules - Special rules can be enforced to ensure all passwords contain at least one special character (£ etc.), and cannot have three consecutive characters (111, bbb etc.). When switched off, only the minimum requirements apply.
Password expiry option - Password time limits can be set to suit your needs. If this feature is enabled, users will be forced to update their passwords at the interval required by your organization. Expiry notifications will begin seven days before password deletion.
Failed attempt banning options - Three failed login attempts are tolerated by CAPA Manager. After three failed login attempts, CAPA Manager will take action to prevent a possible security risk by either: Banning the user account for 24Hrs, or, Offer a math recapture dialogue.
Multifactor authentication - When enabled, this feature will track the IP address and location of all users. If the user changes their physical location, a verification email will be sent to them. The email will contain a secret code that must be entered to gain access to the system.
