Notification email issues are usually due to email filters wrongly labelling the CAPA Manager notifications as spam. To overcome this problem, we recommend adding adaptivebms.com to your server email allowlist.
You can continue to use your demo account for as long as you keep using it. Demo accounts are automatically deleted if they're left idle for three months. Our standard terms apply, and we reserve the right to remove access at our discretion.
Just Sign up and Log in to your account. No local install is required. CAPA Manager will be available to use right away.
Under Settings > Configeration, your account administrators can choose the user roles who can assign or reassign a CAPA team leader.
Yes! The data download feature comes with all Premium accounts. Just click 'Download' from the left sidebar, or from the CAPA Explorer page. Your CAPA Manager administrators grant download privileges.

We provide two users free with the demo version of CAPA Manager. More users can be purchased as part of a Premium account plan. You can buy as many additional users as you like.
Yes! Both account administrators need to request this from our Support team. Once the request has been validated, you'll be able to pass CAPA requests to one another.
Go to Settings>Users and people> Add new users. Once you have entered their details, hit Okay, they'll be sent their new login credentials via email.
The red text means that the CAPA is late. Or, to put it another way, the CAPA is open beyond the Target closure date. Close the red ones, or change the target closure date.
CAPA Manager works well with all main Web browsers. There may be some minor restrictions depending on the browser that you use. These are listed below:

Yes. We prefer annual billing. But we are able to provide a monthly billing option as well. New customers often opt for monthly billing at first but soon change to yearly billing.
No catch. The CAPA Manager product was created to support Quality professionals. To make the product accessible to as many users as possible we keep our sales and marketing overheads to a minimum. We prefer to rely on our excellent reputation within the industry to generate more sales. If you want to pay more, you may find the same product under a Premium brand name where the opposite sales and marketing strategy is used.

All linked accounts are independent basic accounts, they start with their own user quota. Linking organization will not affect your user limit.
There are limits but it is free. This allows paying users to link up suppliers and customers at no extra cost.
CAPA Manager password policy is as follows:
Password strength minimum requirement - As a minimum, all CAPA Manager user passwords must be at least 8 characters long. They must also contain one uppercase, one lowercase, and one numeric character.
Password special rules - Special rules can be enforced to ensure all passwords contain at least one special character (£ etc.), and cannot have three consecutive characters (111, bbb etc.). When switched off, only the minimum requirements apply.
Password expiry option - Password time limits can be set to suit your needs. If this feature is enabled, users will be forced to update their passwords at the interval required by your organization. Expiry notifications will begin seven days before password deletion.
Failed attempt banning options - Three failed login attempts are tolerated by CAPA Manager. After three failed login attempts, CAPA Manager will take action to prevent a possible security risk by either: Banning the user account for 24Hrs, or, Offer a math recapture dialogue.
Multifactor authentication - When enabled, this feature will track the IP address and location of all users. If the user changes their physical location, a verification email will be sent to them. The email will contain a secret code that must be entered to gain access to the system.
We strongly recommend that all the security features are enabled. Go to Settings>Security and check that they are all switched on.
We regularly test our website using automated tools and independent manual tests. We welcome independent customer testing, but this has to be with our prior approval and agreement. Note: Attempting any testing without our authorisation may permanently ban you from our server and partner sites!
