  • The 'Assign New CAPA' tab is now shown only to Managers and above, because these are the only users who can assign new CAPAs if this feature is switched on.

With this update, we improved the user authentication process to reduce the number of MFA requests:

  • Navigating away from the page will not trigger MFA.
  • Allowing CAPA Manager to auto log out will not trigger MFA.
  • Refreshing your browser page will not trigger MFA.
  • Moving to a new device or browser will reset MFA approval.
  • Using the Logout button will reset MFA approval.
  • MFA will still be required from time to time.

Please note that we may add multi-device functionality in the future, depending on feedback.
