Within your CAPA Manager account, go to: Settings > Manage Account > Technical > Service Monitor.

There you will find real-time service status, service history, and service notification messages.

CM3-FS-6.1.12 Released 30th April 2026

  • Fixed formatting issues in the data download function.
  • Data downloads are now provided in .xlsx format.
  • The .csv download option has been retired.

This release was fast tracked following customer feedback about the data download function. The previous .csv download option has been removed because it was causing formatting issues for some users. Data downloads are now provided in .xlsx format for improved consistency.

If you need .csv exports, or another data format, please contact us and we will be happy to look at adding this for you.

CM3-FS-6.1.0 – Major application upgrade Released 2nd April 2026

The all-new CAPA Manager 3 application has now been released. This major upgrade is a complete rewrite of the existing CAPA Manager platform, designed to support the future of quality and CAPA management.

This is a transition release and will continue to be closely monitored by our engineering team.
